Too cool!

Also: 100 Artists Rolled into One Man

(Edit: The numbered, limited edition version of the biennial book is $1000, but I emailed to ask and Mr. Hembrey wrote back that if there is enough interest there could be a publishing house version of the book in a more affordable price point. :) Here’s hoping!)

A strange but lovely story…

“If Dragon’s Mass Eve Be Cold And Clear” by Ken Scholes

Gingerbread!

I love the Cake Wrecks website.

And I really, really love their Sunday Sweets feature.

Cellos, Star Wars, strangely awesome. :)

I like it, anyway. :) Be sure to go check out their website, where you can download the MP3.

On an entirely different note, I got lazy about the spam filter for my comments and let it get up to over 200… so I just deleted them all without looking. If you’ve commented, and it hasn’t shown up, please try again or send me a quick email. Thanks!

Cool stuff!

Just ’cause I love you. :)

Yeti Crab

Deep-sea yeti crabs farm their bacterial food on their own arms.

A sandwich that stays fresh up to two years?

And finally, Six people who gained amazing skills after brain injuries.

Too amazing not to share!

I felt like I was watching a Cirque du Soleil show!

Thanks to John Scalzi for the link. :)

Cool Stuff – reMind

While looking through gift lists, I stumbled upon this gorgeous and engaging graphic novel online: http://www.remindblog.com/2009/11/03/remind-spread-1/

Go check it out, I think you’ll like it. :)

Currently reading…

Currently reading Fate’s Edge, by Ilona Andrews (actually a husband & wife team, which is pretty cool)

Which I didn’t realize was out until yesterday!

It’s what I lovingly refer to as popcorn fiction, but it’s the sweet, decadent and perfectly crispy kettle corn of popcorn fiction, and I highly recommend it!
